Some coffees join our selection because of their extraordinary quality. Others also arrive with stories and people we admire.
This time we have the privilege of presenting, for the first time, a coffee from Santiago Patiño, better known as Santiago el Cafetero, a great friend of the house we had wanted to work with for a long time. From Finca El Ocaso, in Salento, Quindío, comes this Bourbon Rosado Honey, an expression we love for its focus on variety, origin and processing precision.
In a selection where we usually explore experimental fermentations and intense profiles, this coffee invites us to enjoy something different: the beauty of a clean, transparent coffee with no unnecessary complications. A carefully executed honey process that respects the identity of the Bourbon Rosado and lets its natural attributes take center stage.
Elegant, clean and authentic. A new farm, a new producer in our selection, and a collaboration that makes us especially happy.
